José Césarini & Jimmy Glasberg carried out an original experiment at theBaumettes prison. After several months training the inmates in the art offilm making, they directed a series of sequences depicting the daily livesof the prisoners, who alternated roles as actors and cameramen on a cell setbuilt in a studio within the prison.The result is a series of intensely emotional moments: friendship,indifference,
confrontation, solitudes Fragments of everyday prison life.
