WHATEVER HAPPENED TO MY REVOLUTION

Angèle was 8 years old when the first McDonald’s opened in East Berlin…
Since then, she has been fighting against the curse of her generation: being born “too late” in an age of worldwide political depression.
Born into a family of activists, her sister chose the corporate world and her mother abandoned her political struggle overnight to move, alone, to the countryside. But her father, a former Maoist with whom she has returned to live, has held his ground. Angèle is angry, determined, and tries to change the world as much as she tries to avoid love.
What is left of the revolution, its legacy, its failed appointments and its hopes of a brighter future? Part Don Quixote, part Bridget Jones, Angèle tries to find balance.
