In order to avoid the closing several of their units because short of medical staff, the managers of French hospitals are hunting for new personnel. As there are already too many Spaniards in their country, human resources managers now bring their attention to the newly integrated Europeans.
Marta, a Spanish nurse, Lech a Polish cardiologist, have been recruited by one of the specialized job agencies that have taken over this new market.
Through their careers is raised the question of social and financial balance between European countries. The unique domain of health brings to light the complexity and fragility of these shifting that cannot be left to the rule of economics.
