A city with 40, 000 people living in it, composed only by retirees (no child, no school but with 131 centenarians): this is the utopia realised in Arizona in 1960, and largely imitated since then.The town is self-controlled by its citizens, who are around 75 in average: they take in charge by themselves their own security, their
entertainment, and even a part of medical cares…This is a weird success story based upon the community withdrawal and the age segregation.
