La tête de mes parents

La tête de mes parents recounts the experience of several people who have been reunited with their biological parents and the effects of this “reunion”. These people may be adopted, born to anonymous mothers, wards of the state or raised by single mothers. The point of view of the director, Sophie Bredier, is that of the “child” who is reunited: to be as close as possible to the feelings when reality finally overlaps with the hope and expectation placed in the absent parent.
